Return & Refund Policy

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return any product you are not satisfied with and request a refund for items bought on getnervezenultraplus.com.

How to Return an Item

Step 1 — Request Authorization

A return authorization must be requested and approved within 60 days of your purchase date.

Step 2 — Ship the Item Back

Ship the item back to us and email us the tracking details. You are responsible for the shipping costs. The item must arrive within 14 days at the following address:

Step 3 — Condition of the Returned Product

Returned products must be in good condition — undamaged and unbroken — and must include all original accessories, whether the product was opened or unopened.

Step 4 — Inspection and Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, you will get an email confirmation. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Downloadable software
• Certain health and personal care products

Partial Refunds May Apply To

• Books with visible signs of wear
• Opened media such as CDs, DVDs, software, games, and records
• Items not in their original condition, or that are damaged or missing parts
• Items returned more than 60 days after purchase

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive store credit, and a gift card will be emailed to you once we receive the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original gift giver.

Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, first contact your bank and then your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
